教育之重,师德为基.结合高职院校师德师风的建设现状,围绕师德师风"三维四层"核心结构理论,由下至上地建立合适的学习、考核、奖惩、监督与宣传相结合的机制,让每位教职工从日常的教学、生活工作的每个环节树立良好的师德师风,多层面、多渠道、多方位地开展师德师风建设.通过长期的实践摸索,营造了良好的师德师风氛围,优化了育人环境,规范了执教行为.

The importance of education is based on teachers professional ethics and ethos.According to the present situation of the construction of teachers professional ethics and ethos of teachers in higher vocational colleges and around the core structure theory of "three dimensional four layers" of the style of teachers professional ethics and ethos,a suitable mechanism of combining study,examination,reward and punishment,supervision and propaganda is established from the bottom to the top.Let each staff from the daily teaching,life and work in every link to establish a good style of ethics, multi-level,multi-channel,multi-directional development of ethics and ethics of teachers.Through long-term practice and groping,it creates a good atmosphere for teachers,optimizes the educational environment and standardizes the teaching behavior.
