以奥马哈系统为框架的脑卒中运动功能障碍患者延续性护理模式的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:结合以奥马哈系统为框架的冠心病延续护理模式对脑卒中运动功能障碍患者进行此模式的应用研究,验证该护理模式的效果.方法:采用随机抽样法选取巴彦淖尔市医院神经内一、二科2017年5月-10月入院的脑卒中患者为研究对象,收集其认识(K)、行为(B)、状况(S)和FMA数据.数据用SPSS22.0软件整理,100例患者的基线调查资料用构成比、描述性统计分析,定量资料比较用独立样本t检验,率的比较用卡方检验,干预前后比较用重复测量方差分析.采取α=0.05,p<0.05有统计学差异.结论:以奥马哈系统为框架的冠心病患者延续护理模式对脑卒中运动功能障碍患者同样有效,通过个体化、针对性强、连续性的护理干预可有效改善患者的护理问题. Objectives:Continuation of care model for patients with coronary heart disease based on the Omaha system.Verify the effect of this mode of care for Patients with Stroke Motor Dysfunction.Method:Random sampling was used to select stroke patients admitted to hospital from May to October in Neurology Division Iand IIof Bayannur Hospital as the study subjects.The researchers collected cognition (K),behavior (B),status (S),and FMA data for the two groups at three days before discharge,three months after discharge,and six months after discharge.Data were compiled using SPSS22.0 software.The baseline survey data of 100 patients were analyzed by compositional ratio and descriptive statistics.The quantitative data were compared by independent sample t-test.The comparison of rates was performed by chi-square test.Comparison of variance before and after intervention was repeated.Takingα=0.05,there was a statistical difference between the two sides p<0.05.Conclusion:This study establishes a continuation of nursing care model for patients with coronary heart disease based on the Omaha system,same for stroke dyskinesia.and effectively improves patient care through individualized,targeted.
