摘要 OBE是一种以学生的学习成果为导向的教育理念.在全球化进程加快的背景下,以企业需求为导向的人才培养模式改革显得极为重要.文章以校企互动的人才培养模式改革在浙江工业大学管理学院的开展状况为例,提出高校以OBE理念为指导的人才培养模式改革的必要性及重要意义. OBE is a kind of educational concept oriented by students' learning outcomes.Under the background of accelerated globalization,it is very important to reform the talent training mode oriented by enterprise demand.This paper takes the development of the reform of University-Enterprise interactive talent training mode in the School of Management of Zhejiang University of Technology as an example,and puts forward the necessity and significance of the reformof university's talent training mode guided by the concept of OBE.
