应用型高校学生创新创业能力培养研究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Applied University Students

根据高校学生综合能力的普遍现状进行有效分析,试图提炼出现阶段综合素质培养方式存在的根本缺陷.在此基础上,提出了转变思维模式、形成系统课程体系、重视学生创新创业能力和积极开展实训课程等有效措施,为新时代大学生综合素质的切实提升做出一些有益的参考.

This paper analyzes the general situation of college students' comprehensive ability and tries to conclude the fundamental defects of the comprehensive quality training method in the emergence stage.On this basis,it puts forward effective measures such as changing the thinking mode,forming a systematic curriculum system,attaching importance to students' ability of innovation and entrepreneurship,and actively carrying out practical training courses,so as to make some useful references,provide some useful references for the practical improvement of the comprehensive quality of college students in the new era.
