宋太宗朝和㠓入职刑部年代考辨——从《疑狱集》的编纂年代说起

Textual Research on the Year of He Meng’s Induction into Criminal Department in the Song Taizong Period——From the Compilation Age of Yiyuji

《宋史》所述和入职刑部的时间与其他史料不吻合。经考察,元人在编修《宋史》过程中,将和仕宦履历删削失当,而致记事疏漏。实际上,端拱二年和入职刑部,到淳化元年五月除授刑部详覆官,并非传文记述返京入职之始即获此差遣。

Songshi has the difference with other historical materials in the year of He Meng’s induction into criminal department.The research shows the compilers of Songshi made impropriate cuts of He Meng’s official experience in the Yuan Dynasty which led to the incomplete record.In 989(端拱二年),He Meng was inducted into the criminal department and did not get the title of Xingbuxiangfuguan(刑部详覆官) until May of the first year of Chunhua actually.It’s a mistake in the record that He Meng got the Xingbuxiangfuguan just after he came back to the capital.
