基于Web of Science近10年器官移植护理研究文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of nursing research literature on organ transplantation based on web of science in recent 10 years

目的通过分析1999年~2018年7月11日国内外器官移植护理研究的分布,了解器官移植护理研究发展的状况及研究热点,为今后国内研究者选择研究方向提供参考。方法在Web of Science中的SCI-E和SSCI两个数据库中,采用文献计量学方法,对器官移植护理研究文献进行计量统计分析。结果共检索到发表的500篇器官移植护理相关文献,发表文献数呈逐年递增趋势。美国的研究机构发表的文献数量最多,中国发表的文献数量较少;发文数排名排前10名的中国机构中,全部来自中国台湾;《Cancer Nursing》是载文量最多的杂志;器官移植护理的研究作者共有1635名,在国内外尚未形成核心研究团队;器官移植护理学者关注主要研究方向:造血干细胞移植,肾移植,心脏移植,肝移植,肺移植。研究热点集中在:生活质量,症状管理,质性研究,治疗依从性,癌症/肿瘤等方面。结论近10年器官移植护理在世界范围内正在迅速发展,发文数量最多及质量最高的为美国,国内主要在中国台湾学者;以综合大学发表文献为主,国际间的合作较少,而且未形成核心作者群,发文质量尚有待提高。提示,可紧跟研究领域热点,国内可借鉴美国等发达国家的研究方法,未来加强与国际或国内多中心合作,探索不同移植受者(特别是肿瘤患者)生活质量、症状困扰、心理体验、治疗依从性等热点问题。

Objective To investigate the research distribution in order to know more about its status and hot spots for researchers on organ transplantation nursing. Methods Published articles on nursing care to patients with organ transplantation were retrieved and analysed by literature bibliometric method based on SCI-E and SSCI database of web of science. Results Totally 500 papers were retrieved and the number of publications gradually increased. The papers published by the American research institutions were ranked at the first place while China ranked last. The top 10 Chinese research institutions were from Taiwan. The most popular journal was CANCER NURSING. Though there were 1,635 researchers in this field,no core research team was formed yet around the world. Researchers were mainly concerned with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,kidney transplantation,heart transplantation,liver transplantation and lung transplantation. The researches focused on quality of life,symptom management,qualitative research,compliance,cancer/tumor and so on. Conclusions Organ transplantation nursing is developing rapidly all over the world. The America has the publications of transplantation nursing with the highest quality and quatity which in China mainly Taiwan has. The publications by general university were more than those by international cooperation. The core research team is not formed yet and the publication quality is needed to improved. It indicates that we should learn more research methods of developed countries and strengthen international cooperation. and explore the long-term quality of life and symptom distress,psychological experience,treat compliance and other key issues of the transplant recipients.
