国内外护理慕课发展的文献计量学分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解近年来国内外慕课教育在护理领域的研究现状,探讨研究的热点问题,为慕课进一步建设与发展提供参考意见。方法在中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Web of Science、Elsevier进行检索,收集自建库至2017年12月公开发表的有关护理慕课的研究文献,应用文献计量学分析方法对文献的年度变化、地区分布、期刊分布以及研究内容等进行分析。结果检索筛选后最终纳入的101篇文献,发表于63种期刊上,发文量总体上升,基金资助率43.6%。篇文章合著率为63.4%。研究热点为慕课的课程建设和实施等;国内慕课主要面向专业人士,国外慕课大多面向所有有兴趣的学习者;评价手段主要有课程成绩、课程满意度、观看时长/次数、自主学习能力的测量4种,课程评价时采用多种评价手段相结合的方法。结论护理慕课平台发展历史较短,但发展迅速,日益受到重视,需增强各院校和医院的交流合作,推动优势课程的传播与发展,学习借鉴国外的经验,将慕课推广到更广大的人群中去。 Objective To explore the status of nursing MOOC in nursing education at home and abroad in recent years to provide suggestions for further construction and development of MOOCs. Method Retrievals were done through the databanks of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science,Elsevier to search for papers on nursing MOOC published since December 2017,which were analyzed in terms of annual changes in publications,regional distribution,distribution cross journals and research content. Results After searching and screening,101 papers were finally included and published in 63 journals,with an overall increase in publication volume. The funding rate reached 43.6% and the co-authorship rate was 63.4%. The research focused on construction and implementation of MOOC. Domestic MOOCs were mainly for professionals,while foreign MOOCs are mostly for all interested readers. The evaluation methods mainly included course performance,course satisfaction,length/times of watching,and measurement of independent learning ability. Conclusions The nursing MOOC platform has a short history,but it is developing rapidly,receiving more and more attention. It is necessary to enhance exchanges and cooperation between colleges and hospitals in oder to promote the dissemination and development of superior courses,learn from foreign experience,and promote MOOC to a wider population.
