摘要 以石墨烯改性有机硅为原料,山梨醇酐单月桂酸酯(Span20)和聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐单棕榈酸酯(Tween40)为复配型乳化剂,丙三醇为助乳剂,乳化制备石墨烯基有机硅皮革手感剂。结果表明:当Span20∶Tween40为73∶27时,此时HLB值为10.5,控制乳化剂用量为15%,助乳化剂用量为2.5%,pH值为7,剪切速率为1000r/min,剪切时间为90min,所得乳液透光率为69.8%,具有极强的耐酸稳定性和耐碱稳定性。将制备的石墨烯改性有机硅作为手感剂应用于皮革顶层涂饰,可提升皮革的耐磨、耐干/湿擦性能。 Graphene modified silicone as raw material, sorbitan monolaurate (Span 20) and polyethylene glycol sorbitan monopalmitate (Tween 40) as complex emulsifiers, and glycerol as co-emulsifier were emulsified to prepare graphene modified silicone leather feeling agent. The results showed that under the conditions of Span 20∶Tween 40 ratio of 73∶27, the HLB value is 10.5, controlling the emulsifier dosage of 15%, the co-emulsifier dosage of 2.5%, the pH value of 7, at shear rate of 1000 r/min and shear time of 90 min, the obtained emulsion has a light transmittance of 69.8%, and extremely strong acid and alkali resistance. The prepared graphene modified silicone is applied as a feeling agent for the top finishing of leather, which can improve the wear resistance and dry/wet rub performance of the leather.
