摘要
本文对气体辅助注射成型装置气体注射压力控制系统的动力模型进行了研究。首先获得了气体注射压力非线性动力模型,然后对有关的关系方程进行实验验证。理论分析和实验结果的一致性表明本文研究的非线性动力模型可以表示气体辅助注射成型工艺过程中气体的注射压力。研究结果对气辅成型装置气体注射单元的控制系统设计具有指导意义。
In this paper,the dynamic model of gas injection pressure control system in gas-assisted injection molding device is studied.The nonlinear dynamic model of gas injection pressure is established,and the related equation is verif ied by experiment afterword.The consistency between theoretical analysis and experimental results shows that the nonlinear dynamic model is effective to represent the injection pressure of gas in the process of gas-assisted injection.The conclusion gives practical guide to the design of gas injection unit control system in gas-assisted molding device.
