摘要 教师的成长一直备受重视,特别是随着“国培计划”对教师培训的重视,发现一线小学语文青年教师在专业成长中压力过大,工作琐事多,创新程度低。因此,关注小学语文青年教师的专业成长,帮助他们度过职业的倦怠期,提升他们的综合素养,是“国培计划”承担者不可推卸的责任。 Teachers' growth has always been attached great importance,especially with the attention paid to teacher training by the "National Training Plan".It has been found that young Chinese teachers in primary schools are under too much pressure in their professional growth,with too many trivial tasks and low innovation.Therefore,we should pay attention to the professional growth of young Chinese teachers in primary schools and help them through the period of job burnout.Improving their comprehensive literacy is the responsibility of the bearers of the "National Training Plan".
