摘要
中小学生法律能力形成面临法律意识薄弱,法律实践能力不足,法律反思能力缺失,因此需以强化法治教育体系为途径培育学生的法律意识,以革新法律教学方法为手段培育学生的法律实践,以激发学生的问题意识为导向培育学生的法律反思。
Primary and secondary school students are faced with weak legal consciousness,insufficient legal practice ability,and lack of legal reflection ability.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate legal consciousness by strengthening the rule of law education system and cultivate legal practice by innovating legal teaching methods.Cultivate legal reflection by inspiring students' awareness of problems.
