摘要 跨学科研究作为目前科学研究的重要组织方式,对研究生开展跨学科课程教学、科研、学术交流等活动有重大意义,有利于促进创新型人才的培养。文章在重庆交通大学地理学科建设发展的基础上,总结先前已有的教育管理和教育实践经验,形成对地理学科研究生培养模式的探索:从培养方案、课程体系、科研训练、就业等方面,探索出新形势下创新型和复合型研究生培养的最佳模式。 As an important organization of scientific research,interdisciplinary research is of great significance to graduate students in carrying out interdisciplinary course teaching,scientific research,academic exchange and so on,which is conducive to promoting the cultivation of innovative talents.On the basis of the construction and development of geography discipline in Chongqing Jiaotong University,this paper summarizes the previous experience of educational management and educational practice,and forms an exploration of the training mode of graduate students in geography subject:from the training scheme,curriculum system,scientific research training,employment and other aspects,explore the new situation of innovative and composite graduate training the best model.
