新形势下以应用能力培养为出发点的环境影响评价课程教学实践改革探索

Study on Teaching Practice Reform of Environmental Impact Assessment Course Based on Application Ability Cultivation in New Situation

结合我国当前环评改革的新形势,文章分析了高校环境影响评价课程的特点及教学中存在的不足。以提高学生理论联系实际能力,加强实际应用知识水平为立足点,根据学院实际情况,从教学内容、教学方法和手段、考核方式、教师自身素质培养等方面有针对性地进行了改革和探索,并提出了相关的建议,以期为该课程的教学建设与改革提供参考。

Combined with the current new situation of environmental impact assessment reform in our country,the characteristics and problems of teaching of environmental impact assessment course in university were analyzed.In order to improve the capacity of theory combined with practice,and strengthen the practical application,the ways for education reform were explored from the teaching content,teaching methods and means,evaluation methods,and teacher quality training according to the actual conditions of our college,and some suggests were proposed.We hope to provide a reference for the construction and reformof environment impact assessment course.
