本研究探索智能制造职业人才培养路径,通过螺旋渐进式良性循环激励,构建政企校三方互利共生的生态共融培养模式,打造高技术技能人才培养平台和智能制造实训链,推动人才职业素养、职业技能、职业精神协调发展。研究在改革人才培养模式、加强教学建设、促进学生创新创业能力等方面取得丰硕成果,具有推广应用价值。

This research explores the training path of intelligent manufacturing technical talents.Building the training mode based on the mutualism ecological integration of government,enterprise and colleges,through the virtuous circle incentives of spiral progressive.The training mode creates the training platform of skilled talents on high technology and the training chain of intelligent manufacturing,which promoted the coordinated development of professional quality,professional skills and professional spirit of technical talents.The research has achieved fruitful results in reforming talent training mode,strengthening teaching construction,and promoting students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,which has the value of promotion and application.
