近年来,随着高等教育体制改革不断深化,高校教学管理中的考务工作越来越成为人才培养的重点,文章从分析和探究高校考务工作中存在的一系列问题入手,结合沈阳工学院能源学院的考务工作实际,以PDCA视角进行梳理和整改,从而使得以前在考务中存在的问题在萌芽中就被避免,使考务工作朝着规范化、高效化方向发展。

In recent years,with the continuous deepening of higher education system reform,the examination work in university teaching management has increasingly become the focus of personnel training.This article starts with an analysis and inquiry into a series of problems in college examination work,combined with Shenyang Institute of Technology.The examination work of the Energy Institute is actualized and reviewed and corrected from the perspective of the PDCA.This has led to the avoidance of problems existing in the examinations in the bud,and has enabled the examination work to develop in a standardized and efficient manner.
