Research on the Cultivation of Anime Talents Based on the Fusion Mode of "Production and Learning"

动漫产业这一新兴产业的发展潜力与趋势正在不断攀升,正处于人才需求的旺盛时期。如何培养高质量的动漫人才,进一步提高动漫人才的创新创意能力,打造中国动漫市场,成为当今社会动漫产业的重点研究课题。文章试图从实践的角度,将“产学”融合模式的理念及方法运用至动漫类人才培养研究之中,对过程中的经验与问题进行了梳理和总结。

The development potential and trend of animation,an emerging industry,are constantly rising,and it is in a period of high demand for talents.How to cultivate high-quality animation talents,further improve the innovation and creativity of animation talents,and create a Chinese animation market has become a key research topic in the animation market of today's society.From the perspective of practice,this paper tries to apply the concept and method of "production and learning" integration mode to the research of animation talent training,and sort out and summarize the experience and problems in the process.
