高校专业技术教师短期访学思考——以香港访学为例

摘要 医学信息资源正在快速发展中,医学教学、仪器应及时接轨国际.高校为开阔专业技术教师的视野,提升教师科研及工作能力,采取短期访学形式,通过走、听、访、思,拓宽专业技术人员的专业思路,使其了解新的信息资源,可以预防知识的老化,打破长期从事专业形成的固化思维模式.通过对比重点大学与普通院校的工作环境、工作方式,见识先进的仪器,听学术讲座等,感受重点大学的医学学术氛围及科研思路.访问学者如何将访学所得运用到自己的工作中,这是访学最大的目的.研究基于广东医科大学30多位专业技术人员短期访学香港中文大学、香港浸会大学等校,从听课、走访实验室、图书馆、校园环境等多角度出发,围绕访学过程中对访学地区的文化差异及对教学、科研、工作方式的思考,来阐述访学对提高高校专业技术人员的医学信息的重要性. In order to broaden the vision of professional and technical teachers,colleges and universities can enhance teachers' scientific research and work ability.By taking the form of short-term visiting learning,through walking, listening,visiting and thinking,widening the thinking of professional and technical personnel,renewing the aging of knowledge and breaking the curing mode of thinking for long-term professional formation.By comparing the working environment,working methods,advanced instruments and academic lectures,the academic atmosphere and scientific research ideas of key universities are felt.How do visiting scholars apply their income to their work?This is the most important purpose of visiting schools.This study,from more than 30 professional technicians in our school,visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong,Hong Kong Baptist University and other schools in the short term.From the angle of listening,visiting the laboratory,the library and the campus environment,this study focused on the cultural differences in the visiting area and the thinking of teaching,scientific research and work.The importance of professional and technical personnel in colleges and universities.
