A Comparative Study on the Current Situation and Regions of Full-time Teachers in General Primary Schools

基于2013—2017年《中国教育统计年鉴》的数据,研究了普通小学专任教师队伍发展现状和东中西地区差异.研究发现,教师队伍女性占比高,学历向高学历发展,职称结构不合理,东中西地区差异大.建议加强宣传,引进男教师;规范职称结构,确定职称比例;提升教师地位,优化教师待遇.

Based on the data of "China Education Statistics Yearbook" 2013-2017,this paper studies the current situation of full-time teachers in ordinary primary schools and the differences between East and West.It is found that the teachers have a high proportion of women,higher academic qualifications,unreasonable professional title structure,and great differences between East and West.It is suggested to strengthen propaganda,introduce male teachers,standardize the structure of professional titles,determine the proportion of professional titles,promote the status of teachers and optimize the treatment of teachers.
