在当前医学教育规模扩大、医学培养模式转型的背景下,传统临床实习已无法满足医学生的临床技能培训需求,无法承担从业前临床实践培训功能.因此,需构建一个适合新时期发展需求的临床实习模式,使其能融入新的医学教育体系,充分发挥其衔接医学理论学习和毕业后教育的功能.
