College as the main channel of transmission talents,innovative entrepreneurial talent training has become a top priority.This article mainly through analyzing the current situation of today's college students' innovative undertaking,from perfect innovative entrepreneurial talent training scheme,deepen the practice education,strengthening the incentive mechanism and do a good job in “Internet +”innovation entrepreneurship education and so on, combining with practical experience,analyzes the current methods and ways to cultivate entrepreneurial innovation talented person.
