This article mainly talks abut how the Statistics teaching reform should be carried out.The teacher can arrange the teaching content based on the teaching thought "Learning-by-Doing,Integration of Teaching".By using the flipped classroom mode,the students' awareness of independent study can be cultivated and their practical application ability also can be strengthened.In this way can the requirements of talents training in application-oriented universities be met.
