新时期应用型本科院校大学生能力培养的思考

Reflections on the Cultivation of Undergraduate Students’ Abilities in Application-oriented Institutes in the New Era

国家和地方经济的需要使本科院校由原来单一的研究型高校逐渐转变为研究型和应用型高校并举的格局.新时期应用型本科院校对大学生能力的培养也出现了很多新的变化和特点,如何做好新时期应用型本科院校对大学生能力的培养对于应用型高校的定位显得尤为重要,也是文章力图思考的问题.文章从新时代的特征、大学生能力培养的重要性、应用型本科院校大学生能力培养目标与研究型本科院校的异同,以及应用型本科院校大学生能力培养应采取的措施四个方面集中讨论了新时期下应用型本科院校大学生能力培养的特点和趋势.

The need of national and local economy makes the undergraduate colleges gradually change from a single research-oriented university to a research- and application-oriented university.In the new era,there are many new changes and characteristics in the cultivation of college students' abilities in applied undergraduate colleges.How to do well in the cultivation of college students' abilities in applied undergraduate colleges in the new era is particularly important for the orientation of applied colleges,which is also the problem.This paper tries to think about.In this paper, the characteristics of the new era,the importance of cultivating students' abilities,the similarities and differences between the cultivation objectives of applied undergraduate colleges and research-oriented undergraduate colleges,and the measures in cultivating students' abilities in application-oriented undergraduate colleges are discussed to explain the characteristics and trends of cultivating students' abilities in the application-oriented undergraduate colleges.
