Ma Sicong is a well-known violinist and music educator in China.He is also a music fighter who has been standing by the people of China.He has made outstanding contributions to the development of Chinese modern music and culture.Under his impetus,China's violin teaching and playing level has been greatly improved,also for China's music in the world music reputation.Ma Sicong can be said to lay a solid foundation for the development of modern professional music in China,and is an important founder of modern music education in China.This paper base on Ma Sicong's achievement of experience of creating music education,explore how he establishes the modern music education in China.
