基于人的全面发展的高职院校创新创业教育途径研究

Research on the Ways of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the All-round Development of Human Beings

现阶段,创新创业教育成为高职院校促进人才就业创业的一大重要举措,各地纷纷推进,创新创业教育体系不断得到完善.目前,以学生全面发展的创新创业教育机制正在进一步探索中,成为高职院校创新创业教育体系不断完善的有效发展方向.文章分析了以人的全面发展为基础的高职院校创新创业教育的关键点,分析了目前高职院校在开展创新创业教育中存在的不足,并探究基于人的全面发展的高职院校创新创业教育途径.

At present,mass entrepreneurship and innovation education has become an important measure to promote the employment of talents in higher vocational colleges.The innovative and entrepreneurial education system has been improved constantly.At present,the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education mechanism,which is developed by students in an all-round way,is being further explored and is becoming an effective direction for the continuous improvement of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education system in higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the key points of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in higher vocational colleges based on the all-round development of human beings,and analyzes the shortcomings of developing innovative entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges at present.And to explore the overall development of higher vocational colleges based on innovative entrepreneurship education approach.
