基于烧结物塌陷压力检测预测成品关键指标

摘要 针对湖南某新能源材料生产企业现场工艺特点,提出一种间接检测成品质量指标的方法,提出的方法经过了实验室测试及现场测试,根据得到的实验数据找出了关键质量指标和烧结物临界压力之间的关系,不足之处在于成品关键指标有10余项,本文探讨了其中一种指标的和临界压力之间的关联,后续可以做全部关联分析。 According to the process characteristics of a new energy material production enterprise in Hunan province, a method of indirect testing of the quality index of finished products is proposed. The method has passed laboratory and field tests. Based on the experimental data obtained, the relationship between the key quality index and the critical pressure of sinter is found. The shortcoming is that there are more than 10 key indexes of finished products. This paper discusses one of them. The correlation between the index and the critical pressure can be analyzed completely in the follow-up.
