The causes and interventions of the discarded finished infusions in pharmacy intravenous admixture services in our hospital

目的:分析静脉用药调配中心成品输液报废的原因,减少成品输液的报废。方法:统计静脉用药调配中心药品损耗及调配差错记录中成品输液报废的数据,分析原因并采取相应的干预措施。结果:采取相应的干预措施后成品输液报废袋数由126袋减少为53袋,2018年比2017年成品输液报废总量环比降低了57.94%。结论:经过分析报废原因并采取相应的干预措施后,使成品输液报废数量降低,减少资源浪费。

Objective: To analyze the causes for discarding the finished infusion in the PIVAS and reduce the scrap of finished infusion. Methods: The data on the discarded finished infusions from the records of drug loss and the dispensing errors were counted,their causes were analyzed and some appropriate intervention measures were taken. Results: After taking corresponding intervention measures, the total amount of discarded finished infusions was decreased from 126 to 53 bags, and the discarded finished infusions was reduced by 57.94% in 2018 than 2017. Conclusion: The problem of the discarded finished infusions can be ameliorated and the waste of resources can be reduced by analyzing the reasons of scrap and taking corresponding intervention measures.
