高校“三下乡”育人模式的实践与思考——以陕西师范大学地理科学与旅游学院为例

Practice and Thinking of Social Practice on the Model of Educating for University Undergraduates——Taking the School of Geography and Tourism of Shaanxi Normal University as an Example

大学生暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动,作为高校思想政治教育工作的重要载体,是发挥实践育人价值的重要平台。本研究在探析大学生“三下乡”现存问题的基础上,依托高校实践案例提出“三下乡”常态化实施的优化建议,通过特色活动品牌化、实践内容专业化、队伍结构多元化、校—政—企合作常态化等途径,不断提升“三下乡”社会实践活动的实效性和长效性。以习近平总书记的青年观为指引,促进高校育人体系建设,打通“育人最后一公里”。

Based on the analysis of the existing problems of college students' summer social practice,this study proposes the optimization suggestions for the implementation of social practice in the case of colleges and universities, through branding of characteristic activities,aprofessionalization of practice content,diversification of team structure,and school-government-enterprise cooperation.Normalization and other ways continue to improve the effectiveness and long-term effectiveness of social practice activities.
