培养“温暖的医学生”的内涵及必要性

随着我国卫生改革与发展进入了攻坚阶段,医患关系矛盾却日益凸显。医疗纠纷中医生的冷漠态度常常受人诟病,因此,如何让患者在治疗过程中感受到温暖,为病人提供情感精神上的服务,对于医护人员来说至关重要。培养“温暖的医学生”就是培养具备人文关怀精神、具有职业认知和职业道德素养的医疗后备力量。在改善医患关系的同时,培养“温暖的医学生”也有利于我国医学顺应21世纪生物医学模式向“生物-心理-社会-环境”医学模式的转变,实现健康中国战略。

With the development of health reform and development in China,the contradiction between doctors and patients has become increasingly prominent,and the indifference of doctors in medical disputes is often criticized. Therefore,how to let the patient feel warm in the process of treatment,that is,to provide emotional and spiritual services for the patients,is very important to the medical staff.To cultivate "warm medical students" is to cultivate medical reserve force with humanistic care spirit,professional cognition and professional ethics.While improving the relationship between doctors and patients,the training of "warm medical students" is also conducive to the adaptation of Chinese medicine to the "biological psycho social environment" medical model in twenty-first Century,and to achieve a healthy Chinese strategy.
