社会工作介入医患关系的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Social Work Intervening Doctor-Patient Relationship

目前,我国的医患关系问题日渐突出,医患矛盾时有发生,社会工作作为近年来新出现的介入方式,在介入医患关系、缓解医患矛盾时取得了一定成果。但是由于我国社会工作尚处在起步阶段,其发展面临着多重问题及挑战,文章根据现阶段的发展问题提出了相应的解决对策,希望借此可以有效缓解医患关系,促进社会工作在介入医患关系方面的发展,完善社会工作在医疗领域的制度建立,进而促进社会的和谐与稳定。

At present,the problem of doctor-patient relationship is becoming more and more prominent in China, and the contradiction between doctors and patients occurs from time to time.As a new intervention method in recent years,social work has achieved clertain results in intervening in doctor-patient relationship and alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients.However,as the social use in China is still in its infancy,its development is facing multiple problems and challenges.This paper puts forward corresponding solutions according to the current development problems,hoping to effectively alleviate the doctor-patient relationship,promote the development of social work in the doctor-patient relationship,and improve social work in the medical treatment.The establishment of the domain systempromotes social harmony and stability.
