新工科背景下交通运输专业人才培养模式改革研究 被引量:8

摘要 新工科概念的提出,给高校传统工科人才培养带来了机遇和挑战。通过分析现有交通运输专业人才培养模式的不足,文章提出基于新工科背景的人才培养改革措施,包括构建跨学科、交叉学科的课程教学体系、产学研融合的科研创新平台,以及培养专兼结合的高水平交叉型人才队伍等内容。 The concept of new engineering discipline brings opportunities and challenges to the training of traditional engineering talents in colleges and universities.Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing training mode of transportation professionals,this paper puts forward the reform of personnel training based on the background of new engineering disciplines,including the construction of interdisciplinary curriculum teaching system, the construction of a research innovation platform for the integration of production,learning and research,and the training of high-level interdisciplinary personnel with the combination of specialty and part-time.
