摘要
分析FSC赛车项目人才梯队的结构组成及其显性与隐性特点,以厦门理工学院FSC赛车项目为例,围绕人才筛选机制、人才培养方案及人才任用方法三个方面,对FSC赛车项目人才梯队的建设进行探索与实践。通过健全人才梯队管理方法,有效传承团队文化及项目资料,同时防止团队人才出现断层现象,保证FSC赛车项目顺利开展。
This study analyzes the structure and features of talent echelon construction of FSC racing project. Illustrated by the example of the FSC Racing project of Xiamen University of Technology,surrounding talent selection mechanism,talent training program and talent appointment method.Through improving the talent management method of talent echelon,to inherit the team culture and project information while preventing shortage of talent to ensure the project smoothly.
