Exploration and Practice of the Flexible Cultivation of Applied Talents of Transportation Specialty

文章在调研新形势下交通行业的需求,总结现有应用型人才培养理论研究及实践的基础上,针对交通类专业“一专多能”应用型人才的柔性培养进行分析,探讨如何确定人才培养目标,制订人才培养方案,构建和实施人才培养体系、实践教学体系和教学团队一体化师资队伍,实现“一岗多能”人才培养目标,为交通类专业应用型人才的培养提供指导和借鉴。

On the basis of investigating the demand of transportation industry under the new situation and summarizing the existing theoretical research and practice of applied talents training,this paper studies the flexible cultivation of applied talents of transportation specialty.This paper discusses how to determine the training goal of talents, formulate the training plan of talents,construct and implement the personnel training system,practical teaching system and teaching team,so as to realize the training goal of "one post and many abilities".It provides guidance and reference for the cultivation of applied talents of traffic specialty.
