摘要 联合培养阶段是“四四制”人才培养的重要过程,如何培养人才并提高其综合能力,是教学过程探索的重点。河北科技大学理工学院“四四制”人才培养的目标为培养全面发展、富有创新精神和实践能力的应用型人才。文章以材料成型及控制工程专业模具方向联合培养阶段的实施过程为例,分析了人才培养的重要性,介绍了具体实施方案及过程,确立了专业、企业和学生间的关系。 The stage of combined training is an important process of "four-four system" personnel training.How to train personnel and improve their comprehensive ability is the focus of teaching process exploration.The objective of "Four-Four Systems" personnel training in Polytechnic College of Hebei University of Science and Technology is to cultivate all-round,innovative and practical personnel.This paper takes the implementation process of mould orientation combined training phase in material forming and control engineering major as an example.The importance of personnel training is analyzed,the concrete implementation scheme and process are introduced,and the relationship among specialty,enterprise and students is established.
