基于坚强概念延续护理对肝癌介入治疗患者远期希望水平的影响

Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Strong Concept on Long-term Level of Hope in Patients with Liver Cancer after Interventional Therapy

目的探讨基于坚强概念延续护理对肝癌介入治疗患者希望水平的影响,为护理人员开展整体护理提供依据。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2017年8月至2018年3月在西南医科大学附属医院接受介入治疗的原发性肝癌患者81例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=41),两组患者在住院期间实施常规护理和健康教育,并实施3次基于坚强概念护理干预,出院后观察组继续实施基于坚强概念护理干预,对照组未实施基于坚强概念护理干预,分析并比较两组患者出院时及术后6个月患者的希望水平、生活质量的差异。结果出院时两组患者HHI评分、QLQ-C30评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院后6个月,观察组HHI评分、QLQ-C30评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝癌介入治疗患者采取基于坚强概念延续护理模式,可提高患者的希望水平和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on strong concept on the level of hope of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy, and to provide basis for nursing staff to carry out holistic nursing. Methods Using the convenient sampling method, from August 2017 to March 2018, 81 patients with primary liver cancer received interventional therapy in the affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University were selected as study subjects, and were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=41) according to random number table method. The patients in both groups were given routine nursing and health education during hospitalization, and three interventions based on strong concept nursing were carried out. After discharge, the observation group continued to implement the intervention based on strong concept nursing, while the control group did not implement the intervention based on strong concept nursing. To analyze and compare the difference of the level of hope and quality of life between the two groups at discharge and 6 months after operation. Results There was no significant difference in HHI score and QLQ-C30 score between the two groups at discharge (P >0.05). At 6 months after discharge, the HHI score and QLQ-C30 score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing mode based on strong concept can improve the level of hope and quality of life of patients with liver cancer after interventional therapy.
