子宫瘢痕部位妊娠护理的临床应用效果探讨

Clinical Application of Pregnancy Nursing of Uterine Scar

目的分析评价子宫瘢痕部位妊娠护理的方法及效果。方法选取我院在2016年1月至2017年1月收治的子宫瘢痕部位妊娠患者60例,随机分成两组各30例;对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组护理效果。结果经积极护理后,在SAS、SDS评分、VAS评分上,观察组均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在住院时间上,观察组明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论子宫瘢痕部位妊娠实施综合护理,能够改善患者的心理状态,提高护理质量;值得采纳及使用。

Objective To analyze the method and effect of nursing of the pregnancy of uterine scar. Methods 60 cases of uterine scar pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing. The nursing effect of two groups was compared. Results After active nursing, the scores of SAS, SDS and VAS were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). In the hospitalization time, the observation group was significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing of uterine scar pregnancy can improve the mental state of the patients and improve the quality of nursing. It is worthy of adoption and use.
