摘要
文中主要从煤矸石掺合料、水胶比、温度和湿度以及早强剂方面来研究、讨论泡沫混凝土体积稳定性的影响。我们发现泡沫混凝土的体积稳定性受到煤矸石掺合料的量,水胶比、温度和湿度以及早强剂的影响,煤矸石对泡沫混凝土的成型起着积极推进的作用,水胶比控制在0.6,温度20~35℃,湿度60%~80%状态下成型最好。
In this paper, the factors influencing the volume stability of foamed concrete are studied from coal gangue admixture, water binder ratio, temperature, humidity, and early strength agent. We found that the volume stability of foamed concrete is affected by the amount of coal gangue admixture, water binder ratio, temperature, humidity, and early strength agent. Coal gangue plays a positive role in shaping foam concrete, the best of which is formed when the ratio of water cement ratio is controlled at 0.6;the temperature is 20~35 degrees;the humidity is 60%~80%.
