消费语境下成都商业场的更新改造出路探析

摘要 后工业时代是消费的社会,随着商品经济的高速发展,人们的消费观念也逐步转变,开始追求高品质、高标准的生活方式。城市的建筑、场所等都成为消费的对象,亦借助特定的文化氛围而被符号化为一种消费空间。本文主要是想谈讨作为上世纪成都乃至全国最早开始西方商品经济模式的商业场,在当时引领了成都商业消费方式,成为一个时代的记忆,缘何会在后来的城市更新改造中逐渐没落与消寂。并试图从规划专业的角度去探析在消费观念逐步发生变化的今天,类似成都商业场一样拥有辉煌历史的建筑,如何在城市更新改造中避免过度商业化同时又能合理地体现自身特有的历史文化价值。 the post-industrial era is a society of consumption. With the rapid development of commodity economy, people's concept of consumption has gradually changed and began to pursue a high quality and high standard of life. Urban architecture, places and so on have become the object of consumption, but also symbolized as a kind of consumption space with the help of a specific cultural atmosphere. The main purpose of this paper is to discuss the commercial field, which was the first to begin the western commodity economy model in Chengdu and even in the whole country in the last century, which led the commercial consumption mode in Chengdu at that time and became the memory of an era. Why in the later urban renewal and transformation of the gradual decline and silence. And try to explore the concept of consumption from the perspective of planning specialty. In order to avoid excessive commercialization and reflect its own unique historical value in urban renewal and transformation, today, similar to Chengdu business field, the buildings with glorious history are gradually changed in order to avoid excessive commercialization and to reflect their own unique historical and cultural values reasonably at the same time.
