多学科联合营养干预对食管癌患者放疗期间营养状况及依从性的影响 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨多学科联合营养干预对食管癌患者放疗期间营养状况及依从性的影响。方法:选取2016-08~2018-03本院收治的94例食管癌放疗患者,利用随机数表法分为两组,各47例。放疗期间,对照组采取常规护理,在此基础上,观察组采取多学科联合营养干预,对比两组放疗期间营养状况、生活质量及依从性。结果:观察组放疗期间NRS2002评分较对照组低,依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组QLQ-C30功能性项目及症状性项目各项评分均改善,且观察组功能性项目各项评分较对照组高,症状性项目各项评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者放疗期间采取多学科联合营养干预可有效改善患者的营养状况,提升其依从性,改善患者生活质量。
