摘要 [目的/意义]随着产业跨界融合的推进,跨产业创新合作成为新趋势。在不熟悉跨界企业研发动态的情况下,如何科学有效地寻找跨产业的研发合作伙伴成为企业关注的重点问题。[方法/过程]利用多源数据信息识别了企业跨产业的潜在研发合作候选伙伴,从技术能力、合作能力和市场能力三方面构建了企业跨产业研发合作伙伴选择模型,并基于熵权Topsis法进行优化从而选择出最优研发合作伙伴。[结果/结论]最后以无人机领域A企业需求为例进行实证研究,验证了模型的有效性,为企业跨产业寻找研发合作伙伴提供方法支撑。 [Purpose/Significance]With the advancement of cross-industry integration, cross-industry innovation and cooperation has become a new trend. How to find cross-industry R&D partners scientifically and effectively has become a key issue for enterprises being unfamiliar with the development dynamics of other enterprises in another industry.[Method/Process]In this paper, multi-source data information is used to identify potential cross-industry partners for R&D cooperation, a cross-industry R&D partner selection model is constructed based on three aspects of technical capabilities, cooperation capabilities, and market capabilities, and then optimized based on the entropy-right Topsis method to select the best R&D partner.[Result/Conclusion]Taking enterprise A in UAV field as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed model is verified. The research provides support for enterprises looking for cross-industry R&D partners.
