摘要
通过改进的Hummers’法制备氧化石墨烯(GO),用硅烷偶联剂KH550对氧化石墨烯进行表面修饰制备氨基化的氧化石墨烯(KH550-GO),接着用水合肼将KH550-GO还原至KH550-RGO,然后利用缺角POSS与KH550-RGO进行反应,制备POSS-RGO杂化材料,最后通过溶液共混法制备POSS-RGO/PLA复合材料.通过FT-IR、TEM对POSS-RGO杂化材料的结构和形貌进行表征,采用TGA、DMTA和DSC研究POSS-RGO/PLA复合材料的热学、力学和结晶性能,结果表明:POSS成功修饰在RGO表面,随着POSS-RGO的加入,PLA复合材料的热学、力学和结晶性能得到了提高.
Graphene oxide(GO)was prepared by the modified Hummers method.Silane coupling agent KH550 was used to functionalize graphene oxide(KH550-GO).Then,KH550-GO was reduced to KH550-RGO using hydrazine hydrate.POSS-RGO was prepared through the reaction of KH550-RGO and trisilanol polyhedral oligomer silsesquioxanes.The POSS-RGO/PLA nanocomposites were prepared by solution blending method.The structure and morphology of POSS-RGO were characterized by FT-IR and TEM.The thermal,mechanical and crystalline properties of POSS-RGO/PLA composites were studied by TGA,DMTA and DSC.The results showed that POSS was successfully modified on the surface of RGO,and the thermal,mechanical and crystalline properties of the PLA composites were improved with addition of POSS-RGO.
