摘要
以9-丁基-3-乙酰咔唑为原料,通过简单的缩合反应,合成一种D-π-A型的咔唑衍生物(3),其结构经核磁共振氢谱和核磁共振碳谱进行表征.通过荧光光谱研究化合物3的溶剂效应、聚集诱导荧光增强性质和力致变色性能.结果表明:有机溶剂的极性对化合物3的紫外可见吸收和荧光发射光谱具有较大的影响;化合物3在DMF/水混合体系中,表现出聚集诱导荧光增强性质,同时固体3具有良好的力致变色性能,该过程中荧光转变归因于晶体结构的改变.
Compound 3 was designed and synthesized from 1-(9-butyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)ethanone by simple condensation reaction,and its structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectrum and carbon spectrum.The solvent effect,aggregation-induced emission enhancement and mechanchromism were studied by the fluorescence spectra of compound 3.The results showed that the polarity of organic solvent had a big influence on the absorption and fluorescence emission spectra;compound 3 displayed aggregation-induced emission enhancement properties in DMF/water mixture solvent,and the solid 3 performed obvious mechanchromic characteristics,which was due to the change of the crystalline structure upon grinding.
