摘要
[目的/意义]为了减少安全大数据流动过程中的数据不对称,提高安全大数据的可靠性和利用率,提出安全数据素养的概念,分析其作用机制,并研究安全数据素养的促进方法。[方法/过程]首先,提出并定义安全数据素养的概念,分析其构成要素和作用;其次,在带轮传动模型的基础上,建立3个带轮组成的带轮传动系统来描述安全数据素养的作用机制,并通过带轮传递比公式间参量的关系来得到安全数据素养的影响因素;最后,从内容维和形式维来分析安全数据素养的提高策略,并建立安全数据素养培养矩阵图。[结果/结论]结果证明:安全数据素养的提高对减少安全大数据失真有很大的作用和价值,并可以通过5个内容和4种形式来对其进行培养。
[Purpose/Significance]In order to reduce the data asymmetry and improve the reliability and utilization of safety big data in the flow of safety big data, the concept of safety data literacy was proposed, its mechanism of action was ananlyzed, and its improving methods were studied.[Method/Process]First, the concept of safety data literacy was creatively proposed and defined, and its constituent elements and functions were analyzed. Secondly, pulley drive systems with three wheels were established to describe the functional mechanisms of safety data literacy on the basis of the belt drive model. And the impact factors of safety data literacy were obtained through the parameters relationship between pulley transmission ratio formulas. Finally, the improvement strategies of safety data literacy were analyzed from the dimensions of content and format, and the training matrix of safety data literacy was established.[Result/Conclusion]The results prove that the improvement of safety data literacy plays a great role in reducing the distortion of safety big data, and it can be cultivated through 5 contents and 4 forms.
