摘要
环氧树脂胶粘剂具有非常强的粘接力,耐腐蚀性及介电性能也很好。将其运用于水利工程的混凝土中能够起到加固混凝土构件的作用。所以文章将环氧树脂胶粘剂用于水利工程的混凝土中研究其表现性能。通过实验研究的方法,研究内嵌式碳纤维混凝土使用环氧树脂胶粘剂后的压缩强度、分裂拉伸强度和弹性模量。结果表明,环氧树脂胶粘剂与水泥基胶粘剂相比具有更好的性能;当温度达到一定范围后,环氧树脂胶粘剂的性能将会降低;当暴露于高温的时间越来越长后,混凝土的压缩强度、弹性模量和开裂拉伸强度下降更多。
Epoxy resin adhesive have very strong adhesion,corrosion resistance and dielectric properties. Apply. ing it to concrete in hydraulic engineering can serve to reinforce concrete components. Therefore,the epoxy res. in adhesive is used in the concrete of hydraulic engineering to study its performance. The compressive strength, split tensile strength and elastic modulus of the embedded carbon fiber concrete using epoxy resin adhesive were studied by experimental research. The results show that epoxy resin adhesive have better performance than cement-based adhesive;when the temperature reaches a certain range,the performance of epoxy resin ad. hesive will be reduced;when exposed to high temperature for a longer period of time,concrete compressive strength,modulus of elasticity,and tensile strength of cracking decreased more.
