摘要 木塑复合材料是一种各项性能都较好的复合材料,应用价值较高。木塑复合材料是在助剂的作用下,将塑料和植物纤维混合在一起,然后应用相应的加工工艺对其进行加工所得到的一种材料。该材料当前主要问题就是材料和树脂基体之间的界面结合性较差,只有有效提高两种材料的相容性,才能有效推动木塑产业的进步。文章详尽的分析并探讨了植物纤维/PVC木塑复合材料具体制备流程及其具备的性能。 Wood-plastic composite is a kind of composite material with good properties and high application val. ue. Wood-plastic composite is a kind of material obtained by mixing plastics and plant fibers under the action of auxiliaries and then applying corresponding processing technology. The main problem of this material is that the interface bonding between the material and the resin matrix is poor. Only by improving the compatibility of the two materials can the progress of wood plastic industry be effectively promoted. In this paper,the preparation process and properties of vegetable fiber/PVC wood-plastic composites are analyzed and discussed in detail.
