基于互联网+的工程服务精益化管理创新与实践

摘要 随着时代进步,科技发展,互联网逐渐融入社会的各个方面,高校工程服务精益化管理创新问题也需要不断探索。文章结合互联网+,对高校工程服务精益化管理创新方面进行研究,探索最新策略。文章指出高校工程服务进行精益化管理创新是其内外部环境发展的客观要求,指出其管理创新的内在必然性,并提出提升工程服务管理团队管理素质、实施信息化发展战略等管理创新措施,结合互联网+探索高校工程服务精益化管理的创新与实践。 With the progress of the times,the development of science and technology,and the gradual integra. tion of the Internet into all aspects of society,the innovation of lean management of university engineering ser. vices also needs to be explored. Combining Internet+,this paper studies the innovation of lean management of engineering services in Colleges and universities,and explores the latest strategy.The paper points out that the lean management innovation of university engineering service is the objective requirement of its internal and ex. ternal environment development,points out the inherent necessity of its management innovation,and puts for. ward some management innovation measures such as improving the management quality of the engineering ser. vice management team and implementing the information development strategy,and combine with the Internet + to explore the innovation and practice of lean management of engineering services in colleges and universities.
