摘要
湖南省重点实验室建设是实施“科教兴湘”战略,提高科技创新水平,推动科技进步,促进科技与经济紧密结合的重要举措。文章从领域地域布局、人员结构分析了湖南省重点实验室的发展情况;从科研课题、科研产出、学术交流、公众开放分析了湖南省重点实验室的总体运行情况;从人才吸引、人才凝聚、人才培养分析了湖南省重点实验室的人才建设情况。文章研究是把握湖南省重点实验室建设现状,制定未来发展规划的重要依据。
The construction of key laboratory in Hunan province is an important measure to implement the strategy of "devel- oping Hunan by science and education",improve the level of scientific and technological innovation,promote the progress of science and technology,and promote the close integration of science and technology with economy.This paper analyzed the development of key laboratories in Hunan province from the aspects of regional layout,personnel structure and fixed assets. The overall operation of key laboratories in Hunan province was analyzed from the aspects of scientific research topics,sci- entific research output,academic exchange and public opening,and the construction of key laboratory in Hunan province was analyzed from the aspects of talent attraction,talent cohesion and talent cultivation.This study is an important basis for grasping the current situation of key laboratory construction in Hunan province and making future development plan.
