投球式多次激发旁通阀结构设计与试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 多次激发旁通阀作为一种能够根据钻完井实际需要通过反复开关旁通来改变局部循环条件的随钻井下工具,主要用于大排量快速随钻堵漏和洗井。针对复杂恶性漏失地层和特殊岩屑沉积井段工况,设计了投球式多次激发旁通阀,并对其关键结构进行了研究,同时对样机原理的可行性进行了试验。研究结果表明:投球式多次激发旁通阀激发方式使用广泛,在流量动态改变情况下开位和关位均可保持,其可靠性在类似工具实践中已被验证;投球式多次激发旁通阀结构原理可行,激发压力稳定在2 MPa左右,压降明显,可作为作业过程中判断井下旁通打开或关闭的重要信号。研究内容可为投球式多次激发旁通阀的进一步优化及现场应用提供参考。 The multi-cycle bypass valve is used as a tool for changing the local circulation by repeated switching bypass according to the actual needs of drilling and completion. It is mainly used for large-displacement rapid lost circulation control and well washing. To address the complex easy-to-lost circulation formation and special cutting deposition well section,the ball-actuated multi-cycle bypass valve is designed and its key structure is studied.The feasibility of the prototype principle is tested. The results show that the ball-actuated multi-cycle bypass valve actuation mode can be widely used. The opening and closing positions can be maintained under the condition of flow change. The reliability has been verified in similar tool. The ball-actuated multi-cycle bypass valve structure is feasible with the actuation pressure at around 2 MPa. The pressure drop is significant and can be used as an important signal to identify the opening or closing state of the downhole bypass valve. The study can provide references for further optimization and field application of the ball-actuated multi-cycle bypass valve.
