摘要 为了解决Φ406mm~Φ1422mm螺旋埋弧焊管等离子切割烟尘收集和沉降的难题,对现有的等离子除尘设备在线切割时烟尘收集、处理存在的难点进行了分析,并对现用等离子除尘设备进行了技术改造。改造后的除尘设备合理设计了烟尘收集和沉降回收方式,改良了湿式除尘装置的结构,工作时通过高压水喷淋与干式滤筒的有机结合,将烟尘颗粒湿化,相比干式粉尘颗粒,极大地方便了后期的粉尘清理。生产线应用表明,改进后检测口污染物浓度由160mg/m3降到1mg/m3以下,符合GB16297—1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》的要求,达到了预期的效果。 In order to solve the problems of Φ406 mm~Φ1 422 mm spiral submerged arc welding pipe plasma cutting dust collection and sedimentation, the existing difficulties in dust collection and treatment of plasma dust removal equipment during linear cutting were analyzed, and the present plasma dust removal equipment had been improved. The dust collection and sedimentation method of the modified dust removal equipment was designed, structure of wet dust removal device was improved, the dust particles were humidified through the combination of high-pressure water spraying and dry filter cylinder, which had great convenience for dust cleaning in the later stage compared with dry dust particles. Production line application indicated that the concentration of pollutants in the test port decreased from 160 mg/m3 to less than 1 mg/m3 after improvement, which met the requirements of GB 16297-1996 intergrated emission standard of air pollutants and achieved the expected transformation effect.
