采用PLC点位计数方式的钢管辊道传输自动对中系统 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决螺旋埋弧焊管生产精整工序中,钢管在横移车上由于对中偏差大而发生倾翻,造成设备损坏或人员伤害等问题,采用PLC点位计数方法设计了钢管辊道传输自动对中系统,即钢管在精整自动传输辊道上运行时,采用PLC采集传感器点位计数方法,通过计算、比较,实现钢管长度中心线与横移车中心线对中重合的自动控制。同时,对该系统的硬件、软件、测量方法、计算方法、误差调整控制进行了详细介绍。实际应用表明,采用PLC点位计数方式可有效实现不同规格钢管辊道传输的自动对中。 In order to solve the problems such as equipment damage or personnel injury caused by the tilting of the steel pipe due to the large deviation in the middle of the transverse car during the production finishing process of the spiral submerged arc welding pipe, an automatic alignment system for the transmission of steel pipe roller is designed by using the PLC point count method. When the steel pipe runs on the finishing automatic transmission roller, PLC is adopted to collect the sensor point count method, and through calculation and comparison, the center line of the length of steel pipe and the center line of the horizontal transverse car are aligned automatically. Meanwhile, the hardware, software, measurement method, calculation method and error adjustment control of the system are introduced in detail. The practical application shows that the automatic alignment of steel pipe roller transmission of different specifications can be realized effectively by adopting PLC pointcounting method.
