摘要
采用响应面分析法(RSM)优化超声波辅助溶剂法提取红果参油的工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上,选取料液比、超声时间、超声温度为因素,以提取率为响应值,应用Box-Behnken中心组合试验设计建立数学模型进行响应面分析,优化提取条件。结果表明:最优提取条件为料液比(石油醚:物料)1∶5(g/mL),超声处理温度46℃,超声处理时间58min。在此条件下,红果参油的提取率为12.2%。
Response surface methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the extraction conditions of Hong Guo Ginseng Oil.Based on single factor experiment,the material-water ratio,ultrasound time and ultrasound temperature were chosen as factors,the extraction ratio was selected as response value.The mathematical model was established by Box-Behnken central composite design.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: material-water ratio 1∶5,ultrasonic treatment temperature 46℃,ultrasonic treatment time 58 min. In this optimal process condition,the yield of Hong Guo Ginseng 0 il was 12.2%.
